Our Philosophy & Goals

Our philosophy and goals are developed in consultation with parents and staff as a collaborative body to determine the needs of the children attending the individual centre and developing ways to meet those needs. The philosophy and goals are reviewed annually to ensure current trends in the early childhood industry are being maintained.

The centre philosophy and goals are reflected within each room’s program and group leader’s personal philosophy. Parents and employees will be consulted when the centre philosophy and goals are required to be reviewed.

Our team is encouraged create the fun and welcoming environment for children towards conducive learning. They will play around and be silly with all children, can feel part of team putting all children first, not only the ones in their groups. Kidikingdom Child Care values every team member’s skills, knowledge and abilities. Allowing all team members to provide suggestions and be included in decision making in their centre to become the best at what we do.
